Those numbers are pretty dramatic if you look at the fine print. Basically right now there is no other relevant player left beyond Android and iOS. Windows Phone is moving up but very slowly (globally) and with 3 percent market share it still doesn't play any significant role. Blackberry has dropped to basically 0, everything else is gone too. Personally I would hope for a strong third major player to emerge because that duopoly is really an Android monopoly given that iOS is not available for anyone else than Apple.
